DELIVERY TIMES & PRICE
- We can deliver to you within 2-4 working days, applies to products "in stock".
- Products "soon in stock" are available at our central warehouse for delivery to you within 8-12 working days, please contact us for detailed delivery information.
- Free shipping on all orders over SEK 5000, standard parcel delivery costs SEK 250 within Sweden. Shipping to other countries is charged according to actual cost.
- Postpone delivery to a date that suits you, plan your purchases easily and smoothly. Leave a message in the order and we will take care of it.
- Deliveries are made with Bring, tracking numbers are emailed when the order is picked and packed.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Currently, we only offer invoices upon delivery. The invoice is emailed when the order is shipped. Please contact us for alternative payment methods or if you have any other questions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns due to, for example, damaged goods or other agreements are handled easily and smoothly. We will book a pick-up in consultation with you. As the buyer, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of returns, which will be determined individually after agreement. We always ask you to email pictures of damaged products to info@popretail.se.
