Långe Jan (Tall John) is located at the southern tip of Öland and, at over 40 meters, is Sweden's tallest lighthouse. Its tall silhouette is visible far across the alvar and has for centuries been an invaluable landmark for shipping in Kalmar Strait. The lighthouse is a clear example of functional architecture where height and visibility have been crucial for safe navigation.

DELIVERY TIMES & PRICE
  • We can deliver to you within 2-4 working days, applies to products "in stock".
  • Products "soon in stock" are available at our central warehouse for delivery to you within 8-12 working days, please contact us for detailed delivery information.
  • Free shipping on all orders over SEK 5000, standard parcel delivery costs SEK 250 within Sweden. Shipping to other countries is charged according to actual cost.
  • Postpone delivery to a date that suits you, plan your purchases easily and smoothly. Leave a message in the order and we will take care of it.
  • Deliveries are made with Bring, tracking numbers are emailed when the order is picked and packed.
PAYMENT METHODS
  • Currently, we only offer invoices upon delivery. The invoice is emailed when the order is shipped. Please contact us for alternative payment methods or if you have any other questions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns due to, for example, damaged goods or other agreements are handled easily and smoothly. We will book a pick-up in consultation with you. As the buyer, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of returns, which will be determined individually after agreement. We always ask you to email pictures of damaged products to info@popretail.se.

You are always welcome to book an appointment for a deeper analysis of your needs and what we believe works best in your store.

  • When creating your account: you will receive an email which you need to activate. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an activation email within 10 minutes of registering. 

 

  • Confirmation via Email: You will receive an order confirmation via email; no payment is made on the site.

 

  • Delivery terms:
    • No minimum order requirements.
    • 250 SEK for shipping or free shipping over 5000 SEK within Sweden. 
    • Shipping to other countries according to actual shipping cost.
    • We deliver with Bring.

 

  • Good info for delivery time when ordering:
    • Order now - in stock = available in our warehouse in Karlstad, 2-3 days delivery time.
    • Order now - soon in stock = either products from our central warehouse with 10-12 days delivery time or seasonal products delivered before the season.
    • Sold out = currently not orderable.
